Currently there are several noteworthy projects at various stages of the development process. Under development is Cole Street – a 16-acre large lot status enclave located in the prestigious south shore of Staten Island. It will ultimately feature 53 serene, private breathtaking homes to be built. Cole Street will by far, will set itself aside from any and all inventory in the market. 

Detailing the Cole Street Project – we are nearly completed with the development stage of the approval process. We are currently scheduled for our 1^st BSA hearing on May 25^th.  We are simultaneously engaged with city planning in the UULRP process. We are 30-45 days away from being forwarded by the local SI office to the city for the final UULRP review & approval. The Team will decide which process offers the best pathway.
