Vertus Keeps Growing and Growing. We’ve had a busy couple of years. Here are a few highlights.

Below is a list off some of the Projects that Vertus has managed, developed, & or built:

  • We have developed and built over 100 – 1&2 family homes.
  • We have been subcontractor on at least another 50 home constructions.
  • We have completed approximately 75 roof raises.
  • We were the general contractor on a $6 million addition of the new state of the art addition St. Joseph By the Sea High School on Staten Island.
  • We built a Starbucks complete – from the development stages all the way through tenanting them (not only as the GC, but as the landlord).  This Project was originally a contaminated gas station that needed to be managed and taken through cleanup stages (Brownfield Program) and once passing proper inspections, permitted.
  • We developed and built a Wawa – this was built by combining 3 different properties and merging them. Having the location approved and ultimately building this out to specs.
  • We developed and built out a 7-11 convenience store.
  • We developed and built  a Sunoco gas station.
  • We designed and built out a high-end restaurant.
  • We designed and built out several C-Stores.
  • We have designed and built out bagel stores and deli’s.
  • We developed and built out many office buildings and commercial tenants.
  • We built a pre-fab school for HOLA.
  • We developed and built out in the same format, an Investors bank.
  • We developed and built out in the same format, a Burger King.
  • In addition, we have developed and built out several other commercial properties.
  • Currently we are mid-stage construction of a 3-house subdivision.
  • In the last year we completed and sold a 4-unit semi job.

Our most recent completion was a 5-unit townhouse project, which transacted within the last 6 months.

Additional specifics and address will be supplied upon request.  View each project at our investment portfolio.
